Return Policy for Defective Goods

Goods purchased from Tiny Anvil Ltd. are inspected thoroughly before shipment. However, if you discover a manufacturer's defect in any of our products, we are here to help. You are eligible to return the defective item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Return Defective Products

  • Notify us at annette@tinyanvil.co.nz with a detailed description of the defect.
  • Include photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Upon review, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, send the item back to us at the address provided in our response.
  • Once received, the returned item will be inspected to confirm the defect.
  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Returns for Store Credit

With prior approval from Tiny Anvil management, goods that are in perfect condition may be returned in exchange for store credit.

How to Request a Return for Store Credit

  • Contact us at annette@tinyanvil.co.nz to request a return for store credit.
  • Include a reason for the return request and ensure the item is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If approved, return the item to the address specified.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price.

Restocking Fees for Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are willing to accept the return under the following conditions:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item at annette@tinyanvil.co.nz, stating that you wish to return the product.
  • Condition of Goods: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking the item.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds, after deduction of the restocking fee, will be processed to your original method of payment within [specify number] days of receiving the returned item.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Tiny Anvil Ltd. and are the responsibility of the customer.
